- Do my guests need an account?

- Is the free plan actually free?
- Yes. No card required, no time limit. 2 events and 100 emails every 30 days, forever. Upgrade only if you outgrow it.
- Can I use my own domain for the "From" address?
- Custom "From" display name is on Pro. Custom sending domain (DKIM-verified) is coming on Pro Plus.
- What happens if I hit my plan limit?
- We don't bill you extra or send anyway. You see a clear banner and can upgrade in one click. No surprises.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from your account page. No partial refunds, but access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
